Our belief
The film industry is one of the most exciting, creative, and rewarding industries in the world. But it's also one of the hardest to break into.
If you didn't go to the right school, grow up in the right city, or know the right people - the doors were closed. Jobs were shared in private WhatsApp groups. Opportunities circulated through word of mouth. And unless you were already inside the circle, you didn't even know the circle existed.
We built FILMD because we believe that's wrong. Talent is everywhere. Access to opportunity should be, too.
