How does FILMD Pay ensure IR35 compliance?+
We assess each engagement against IR35 rules, generate a Status Determination Statement (SDS), and store evidence per worker in your Compliance Locker for 6 years.
What about pension auto-enrolment?+
NEST auto-enrolment is handled automatically. We manage re-enrolment every 3 years and all filings are included in each pay run.
Do you handle HMRC RTI filings?+
Yes. We generate and file FPS + EPS per pay-run, in compliance with HMRC rules. P45/P60s are auto-issued at wrap.
How is money handled?+
